How to backup from the TSS client
Backups are easily created through the Tools menu at the top of the TSS Main Menu.
Wait for the backup process to complete on the server.
How to backup from the Application Server
Backups are easily created through the Tools menu at the top of the Application Server Main Menu.
Wait for the backup process to complete.
How to change the backup path
Click on the backup section on the main menu of the application server, then click on the ellipse button to change the backup path.
Select the folder to save TSS backups, and then click ok.
How to backup offsite to Drop Box
Creating offsite backups on your Drop Box account is as simple as changing the backup path to your local Drop Box folder.
Double click on the Drop Box icon in the system tray by the time on the task bar.
The window that opens has the path to your Drop Box folder in the address bar.
(Note: You can also create a sub folder to keep your backups grouped separately from your other files on Drop Box)
Set the backup path in the application server to the same path as your Drop Box folder.
Run your backups as normal and they will automatically be synced to your offsite Drop Box folder.
