Have all users log out of TSS Plus

Call or email support and have support remote in to TSS Server

Install TSS XP on a computer either existing or an upgraded computer 

Run TSS Plus backup 

For about 2 hours maximum, can use the Plus software but will have to reenter any invoices into TSS XP

Copy over or reenter TSS Plus terms and conditions into App Settings Printing page of TSS XP

Print copies of typical end of day and end of month reports

set up filters in TSS XP for end of day and end of month reports 

create sample labor inventory item in TSS XP

make sure shop fee that can be used for recouping items like zip ties, electrical tape, and other incidental items are set up in TSS XP if needed 

In Management employees, remove any former employees, go through and update passwords and set users security levels, owner, store manager, sales, receiving, etc

Set up TSS XP in POS Point of Sale mode that can look like TSS Plus start screen
