Windows display scaling configurations can adversely affect the formatting and output quality of TSS print jobs.

In Windows, the scaling of the display settings over 100 percent seem to alter the size of the print that TSS prints out with 

another solution to this issue is available using the link below




for example here is what the print preview looks like when my scaling in Windows is set to 125%

I would suggest using 100% for scaling and turning on or using the magnifier built into Windows



the print is a smaller font size, so the two choices here would be adjust the scaling and the font should enlarge on the printout 

and decrease the display settings

right click the desktop choose display settings 
 
change the display resolution to lower numbers until it is comfortable and easily viewed by the user of the computer

and the icons should be larger for viewing or use the magnifier as mentioned above to make things larger outside of TSS
