How to customize the print out of TSS reports & printed copies do not alter the xp reports folder only make changes and if necessary delete the copy in the user reports foler

In TSS behind the scenes there for everything you print you can alter the output 

Any document you print from TSS hidden is the ability to alter the printed copy 

I would not if you don't want to make more than basic changes before starting make copies of two folders

In the TSS Installation folder there are two folders the User Reports folder where your modified versions of output goes, and the XP Reports folder is your backup of how TSS by default prints things out

If you make a mistake delete or move your copy out of the user reports folder and don't save or overwrite the XP Reports folder as those are your standard outputs that TSS provides during installation

Once you have in the print preview window like the screenshot below you can go to Functions and choose Customize to alter your printed copy of the document.

from that window (see second screen shot below to see what it looks like) if you just want to make it have smaller margins

go to the reports menu and choose options and you can change and save the changes you make to the margins.

Again, if you make a change and it is not what you want to go to the user reports folder and delete the file you saved.
