So, in general in TSS XP
Field Chooser will help you search so make it a tool in your toolbox
there is a lot of browsing in any part of TSS XP
you can filter
and add columns to be able to search faster,
and you can also if you know very limited info you can use all to see all invoices or all inventory but warning when you do that it is not going to be fast
the best thing in general is field chooser,
and I will show you how to use it here
by right clicking on the column headings, you can choose field chooser it will open a new window call customization that will allow you to add fields to column headings that you can then search by.
this screen will be added to your browsing and now you can drag these fields and then search by them
some time I have seen you have to close it for the search to see the newly added column
here is a sample screen but except maybe the schedule you can't browse but there is a Schedule report, and you can filter it by a date range
Any of the column headings here in browsing you can search by so, let's say for example you want to search by toyota well
right click on the columns and choose field chooser
that will let you add more columns and allow you to search by that field.
after I drag the field to the columns the browsing will change and I can search by that new column
Also, for the schedule you can run a report from the reports to search for Appointments

if you click on three dots you can add a filter and then any of the text in color you can change and use to sort or filter the reports
