TSS Plus important tools and tips
Fixdata.exe is the tool to backup and try to help with fixing your Plus data
In TSS2000 it is the program that runs when you click on the ambulance within TSS.
In general have all users close TSS before running Fixdata
Do the manual choice from the maintenance options
Go step by step through removing the lock files, back up the database, check the db files, and then erase and rebuild the indexes
if you can go through all those steps without errors you are in good shape.
The tss2000.ini file is also very important, there should be one in ts2000 folder on the main computer as well as in the in the windows folder on the workstation computers.
the ssdsk path is important in the ini file.
