In TSS 4.40 what should the report browser look like and how do I run reports in 4.40
Ensuring Proper Report Browser Display in TSS
When accessing the Reports Section in TSS, the Report Browser should appear as shown in the reference image at the bottom of this page.
If the Report Browser does not match this expected layout:
- Navigate to App Settings.
- Select Local Settings.
- Ensure the option Use Advanced Report Browse is checked.
- Click OK to confirm the change
After updating the setting, switch to another section of TSS (for example, Sales) and then return to the Reports Section. The Report Browser should now resemble the correct format shown in the bottom image of this document.
⚠️ Important: Reports may not function correctly if the Report Browser appears as shown in the image directly beneath this sentence.
