How do I add an employee in TSS XP?
The Employee Information area is one of the most important areas to setup, the program needs to know the basic information for each employee and their access rights within the program.
First go to the employee section of the program and click New.

Enter the basic employee information, the employee username and password will be used to log in and verify security permissions within TSS.

The Security area will be very instrumental in granting or denying an employee to any area's or program functions. Each employee can be assigned to one or many security groups. Security groups define which program functions they have access to under the security sections of the software.
