What's New in TSS Release Candidate
A quick guide to help end users get the most out of the new TSS Release Candidate.
There will be available a cell phone app that will allow you to do vehicle inspections before work is started on the vehicle and after the job is completed to show to and provide updates to your customers of the progress of the job.
From Management Employees you can set your email address to be able to login to cloud access where you will be able to run reports and view the status of your server and check the stores when you are home, or travelling and have internet access.
As shown below from here you can manage users with cloud access, and for multi stores you can check the status of your servers as well.

In each section of TSS the ALL functionality is the default for all invoices, all inventory, and it is paged so you can scroll through all your invoices, inventory etc
Reports Menu
In the new release candidate, reports have been moved directly into each section of TSS. For example, when you are working in the Invoices window you will find an invoice-specific Reports menu right there — no need to go elsewhere.
Note: The Report Browser has been removed. All reports are now accessed from within their relevant section.
Notifications Manager
A new Notifications Manager has been added under Tools → Options. This allows you to configure automated messages that TSS can send to your customers, including:
- Appointment confirmations
- Cancellations
- Reminders
- And more
To access it: go to the Tools menu, select Options, and look for Notifications Manager.
Invoices now will for messages sent to the customer there is a new messages tab where you can view what has been sent to the customer
