TSS XP why is it so slow to close an invoice and other detail screens in TSS XP
The source of the delay is when saving customized toolbar layouts, specifically the "TdxBarManager.SaveToIniFile" method. To fix this follow the below steps on each workstation.
Turn off the 'allow tools-bars to be customized' application setting.
On the main menu go to the 'Tools' menu, then to 'Options', and click on the 'Reset Toolbar Customizations' button.
These two steps will need to be done on each workstation that has the issue.
