First thing to check is to see which machines can or cannot connect

From start if you type file explorer and hit enter

On all the computers using TSS the sharing options on pages 2, 3, and 4 need to have the same permissions

Then in file explorer highlight Network and right click and choose Properties

Click change advanced sharing settings

These two options should be enabled Turn on network discovery

And Turn on File and Printer Sharing

The three options under all networks should be enabled

Turn on Sharing so anyone with network access can read and write files in the Public folders

Use 128-bit encryption to help protect file sharing connections

Turn off password protected sharing and

Click the save changes button if it is not grayed out
