Import data into TSS from XLS file

 

1 Click the tools menu then data then Import Data into TSS

2 Click Next

3. Choose the type of data like Inventory

4. Navigate to where you saved your .xls file

5 Next choose the sheet and it should preview your data like seen below

Click next and map your fields to the appropriate TSS fields the most important and only required fields are Make and Model 

 

 

Next then decide which fields to check for duplicates I would just leave it as Make and Model the more fields and the bigger the file the longer the import will take

 

 

Next

 

Now tell TSS where the data starts in the file most likely line 2 as the first line is the list of field names

 

 

Next and the last step is actually importing the data into TSS
