How to create an invoice for a customer to exchange or return an inventory item in TSS XP?
For example: say you sold an item TEST to customer Testing
Customer returns and requests to return item and potentially purchase another item.
Create a new invoice with both a - quantity for the returned item and/or an additional + item if being purchased.
