How do I connect remotely to my store with TSS XP?

First you must assign a static internal IP address to the computer running the application server. (Note: It is recommended that you have a network administrator if you are not familiar with windows networking)

Then forward port 4325 through any routers and firewalls to the internal IP address of the computer running the application server. (Note: It is recommended that you have a network administrator if you are not familiar with your router and firewall settings)

(Example for Linksys router)


Make note of the public IP address and add it to your remote TSS client as a server to connect to.

Enter the stores public IP address and hit ok, then connect to the server.
