Step 1 Go to Inventory and browse all your inventory
Step 2 make sure that the Active Item field is in your column headings
If the Active Item is not listed, Right click on the column headings and choose field chooser to then drag the active item to your column headings
Step 3 Go To Functions menu and Export choose xls as the export
Make sure you know where you save the file and then open the file in Excel
You can then change the active item to false in Excel for items you no longer want to put on invoices,
This will not clear your commits but going forward you won't have all those items you no longer carry or are old model/makes that are not needed
The last step to update is to tools data import into TSS and choose your updated Excel file with the false on any items you no longer need and that will allow you to have easier way to create accurate invoices.
The other thing you can is to do a physical count adjustment for those items and make them zero for all the old unnecessary items
