Is SPIFF Functionality Supported in TSS XP?

TSS supports the use of SPIFF (Sales Performance Incentive Fund) programs—short-term initiatives designed to motivate sales teams to achieve specific goals and drive key business outcomes.

To set up a SPIFF in TSS XP:

  1. Navigate to Inventory.
  2. Click Inventory again.
  3. Enter the details for the item you want to apply the SPIFF to.


1. Double-click to open the item.
2. Click the Edit button.
3. Adjust the spiff price, quantity, and duration as needed.
  1.       In this example, the price was updated to $800, effective until next week.
4. Once your changes are complete, click the Save (diskette) icon to apply them.
