Uploading a Company Logo on an Invoice via App Settings
Change Logo - This will allow the user to alternatively use a
properly formatted logo on invoices, estimates, etc.
Creating a Company Logo:
Simply create or scan your desired logo (including
address information) and save as a bitmap file called logo.bmp (if you do
not, the TSS will automatically change the file name to logo.bmp when
using the Change Logo button. The file must be formatted in RGB with a size of
3 ¼" x ¾" or 360 x 72 pixels. Store this file in a folder of your
choice (the Change Logo button will set the path to obtain file). The
viewing box, below the Company Logo Button, will preview your selection. If you need
assistance creating your logo, our help desk will be happy to assist.
In app settings invoicing uncheck the box for Print Company name on Invoice and then TSS can use your logo.bmp file
that is the size shown above
